Ruth offers a unique interactive four-hour workshop on the ’12 Principles of Good Governance’. This workshop helps your board to understand good practice principles and self-assess their performance as a team.

Board Evaluation

Ruth also provides an online survey that assists nonprofit boards to undertake an assessment of their strengths and areas for development. This assessment offers a simple and easy way for each board member to assess his or her own performance and then review a customised report about how the board views its performance in five specific areas:
